Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for online orders.

Note: Refunds apply only to pre-paid orders that meet the conditions below.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to pre-paid orders canceled within the permitted window (see Cancellations).
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery or service charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Before Preparation

Cancel within 5 minutes of placing the order for a full refund.

During Preparation

After 5 minutes but before confirmation, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

After Dispatch

Orders in transit can’t be canceled. You may refuse delivery for a refund of the food value (delivery fee excluded).

How to Cancel

  • Via the app: open My Orders and select the order to cancel (if eligible).
  • Email: cancellations@udupihotel.in within the permitted window.
  • Third-party delivery partners may have separate cancellation windows and fees—refer to the partner’s policy.

Processing Time

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider. We’ll email you once we process a refund.
